I believe therapy helps people build the momentum to create the changes they seek in their lives.

I’m passionate about helping individuals recognize their strengths and work through life’s challenges, all within a supportive and trusting environment that encourages growth and healing. At the heart of my practice is an authentic, collaborative relationship between client and therapist, as I believe a strong therapeutic alliance is key to meaningful and lasting change.

My treatment approach is grounded in evidence-based methods and thoughtfully integrates compassion, encouragement, and humor when appropriate. I tailor strategies and therapeutic modalities to align with each client’s unique experiences, needs, and personality. Together, we’ll navigate emotional challenges, develop effective coping skills, and address any barriers to growth. My aim is to help clients enhance self-awareness, build resilience, and take meaningful steps toward achieving their personal goals.

People are not one-dimensional and in my practice you’ll find I don't subscribe to a "one-size fits all" approach.

Instead, I use a combination of treatment strategies based on the unique personality, challenges and goals of each client I work with. This ensures a personalized and comprehensive treatment plan that will enhance existing strengths, support goal achievement and empower you to create the lasting change you desire.

If you choose to use out-of-network benefits (OON), we will provide you with a “Super Bill” that you can submit to your insurance company and they will reimburse you directly for any out-of-network benefits available to you. 

Prices & Fees:

  • Intake Session: $165

  • Individual Therapy Session: $150

Cancellation policy: Momentum Therapy & Counseling requires 24 hours notice for all cancellations and rescheduled appointments. Missed appointments and late cancellations will result in a $75 fee.
